COMMISSION AGREEMENT

1. TIMELINE & PROCESS

-initial consultation: Medium, size, and reference photos. Agree upon a date

-progress updates: Artist will provide [2] photo updates during the process.

-completion: estimated completion date 

 

1. PAYMENT TERMS

-Total Fee: __________________

-Non-Refundable Deposit. A 50% deposit _____________ is required to begin work 

 And secure a spot on the calendar

-Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance ____________ is due upon completion

 And approval of the final work, prior to shipping or delivery. 

 

3. REVISIONS

-The total fee includes up to [2] minor revisions, significant changes to the original scope (e.g. changing the background or pose) may incur additional fees.

 

4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

-Ownership: The Artist retains copyright of the artwork. The Client owns the physical painting for personal display.

-Reproduction- The Client may not produce or sell prints of the work without written permission for the Artist. 

-Promotion- The Artist reserves the right to use images of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

-Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. Work will be packaged professionally to ensure archival safety.
